You will want to get into the flood drain in this area, though, as the tag is nearby. Northwest-west of the mod garage you unlocked via Cesar Vialpando is the flood drain that runs throughout Los Santos. The reason for this is that the message saying you tagged it can pop up before you fully spray it, which means it counts in your stats, but it won’t count for your overall percentage. It’s important that you spray each Tag completely, until you cannot target it anymore.
